Instructions for Use

Hiding Ladybug helps students write a set of directions to plan a path for the ladybug.

To use Hiding Ladybug, click on the "Show Leaf" button to find a place where the ladybug can hide. To plan a path for the ladybug, click on the direction buttons (buttons with a blue arrow and ladybug). Each time the direction button is used, the ladybug leaves a trail. Click on the 'Play' button to see the trail. Use a turn button to allow the ladybug to take a new direction. To insert a step, click on the step in the plan and then on another direction button. To clear a step, click on the step in the plan and then on the "Clear Step" button. Click the "Move Leaf" button to find another hiding place for the ladybug. Click "Clear All" to start a new game.
